Following the rollout of Kenya's 10-Year National Agroecology Strategy (2024–2033), several county governments, including Vihiga and Nakuru, have officially launched localized policies to promote ecological farming. These frameworks support local training in composting and bio-inputs, promoting chemical-free crop production to restore soil fertility and boost food security at the grassroots level.
